Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Facebook, receives a blue belt in the martial art of jiu-jitsu

Mark Zuckerberg, the co-founder and CEO of Facebook, has earned the rank of blue belt in jiu-jitsu as he apparently continues to train for a future confrontation with Twitter CEO Elon Musk, another billionaire social media competitor.

The 39-year-old internet tycoon used his Instagram account over the weekend to tell his fans about his jiu-jitsu triumph.

In the pictures, Zuckerberg could be seen beaming as he proudly posed with his freshly awarded blue belt diploma that had been given to him by his coworkers.

The Meta boss also used the occasion to congratulate Dave Camarillo, his jiu-jitsu instructor, on achieving the prestigious title of fifth-degree black belt.

Zuckerberg praised Coach Camarillo in an Instagram post, underlining the important life lessons he had gained from their training sessions.

He said:

“Congrats @davecamarillo on your 5th degree black belt. You’re a great coach and I’ve learned so much about fighting and life from training with you. Also honored to be promoted to compete at blue belt for @guerrillajjsanjose team.”
