Sanwo Olu Defeats Labor Party Candidate Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour And Is Re-elected Governor Of Lagos

In case you weren’t aware, Lagos Governor Sanwo-Olu of the APC won!

He triumphed over the controversial PDP candidate Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran alias Jandor and the well-liked and popular Labor Party candidate Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, also known as GRV.

The truth is that this was the most difficult election in the history of Lagos because the APC had to work extra hard to maintain control of the city while young people across the state demand change and demonstrate their support for GRV because they think Sanwo-Olu is unqualified for the position.

Indeed, many non-Yoruba residents of Lagos argued that the city was a no-land, man’s but the locals proved to them that they actually owned the property. As a result, Sanwo-Olu became desperate.

No current governor has ever run a campaign with this much vigor.

Governor Sanwo-Olu of the APC knows that if things proceed exactly as they did in the governorship election, it will be the end for me after the results of the February 25th presidential election in Lagos and the overwhelming support that Peter Obi received from the Labor Party.

The Governor then started campaigning at stores, markets, and anywhere else he could.
He went to church to campaign as well.
Governor Sanwo-Olu struggled because of how hard the Peter Obi tsunami hit him.

Other politicians will, in my opinion, be aware of the significance and strength of the people today.
When people become fed up with your government and demand its removal, your time is over.

So, the election is over, and Sanwo-Olu of the APC defeated Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour of the Labor Party.

Many people expressed their disbelief at Sanwo-victory, Olu’s given that the majority of voters had indicated their support for GRV.

Now, I want to ask everyone: Are You Shocked Sanwo-Olu Defeats Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour OR Did You Think It Was Fixed?

Let’s hear your opinions on this matter from everyone.
