The divorce between Basketmouth, a comedian from Nigeria, and his wife Elsie Uzoma Okpocha has been publicized on Facebook.
Bright Okpocha, a well-known comedian, announced it on his Facebook and Instagram pages on Thursday afternoon.
However, he has shut down his Instagram comment section.
He stated, “Making the announcement,
“For the first and the last time.”
“As much as it pains me to bring my personal life to the public space, this is an unavoidable situation.”
” After much deliberation, my wife and I have made the difficult decision to end our marriage.”
” As we move forward separately, we will continue to work together to give our beautiful children all the care,love,guidance and support they need.”
He continued by humbly pleading with the internet community to respect their privacy as they make their way through these trying times.
