JUST IN!! Peter Obi Wins All 17 LG Elections in Enugu
Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s (LP) presidential candidate, won all 17 of Enugu State’s local government elections on Saturday.
A total of 468,891 votes were cast, and 482,990 of the 2,112,793 registered voters were validated.
Obi receives 428,640 votes in total to win, whereas Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) received only 15,749 votes.
Bola Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, received 4,772 votes overall.
Results from the state collation center of the Independent National Electoral Commission, as announced by the various LG collation officers, indicate this (INEC).
