Harry Kane, the captain of England, has ended his record-breaking tenure at Tottenham by signing a four-year contract with German champions Bayern Munich.
The striker might make his debut in Saturday’s German Super Cup match against RB Leipzig after agreeing to a contract worth more than 110 million euros (£95 million).
With 280 goals in 435 games, Kane, 30, exits Premier League Spurs as their all-time leading scorer.
He stated that he “felt this was the time to leave” Spurs in a social media post.
Because he only had one year left on his Spurs deal, Kane‘s future had been up in the air all summer.
