Check Out T-Pain’s Verse In A New Song With Wande Coal
The preview of a new song by prolific American artist T-Pain and soulful vocalist Wande Coal from Nigeria seems challenging.
T-Pain debuted his line in the song on his Twitch platform in a video that later surfaced after the two suggested on Twitter that they were working together.
According to the backstory, T-pain received the song from Nima Etminan, vice president of EMPIRE Distribution, the label that Wande Coal is signed to, and rendered his verse on it as well as added some fresh baselines to the song.
When playing the song for Nima on Twitch, the ecstatic T-Pain claimed ownership of his verse and pleaded with the Empire chief to connect him with Wande Coal so they could connect on a personal level.
On May 5, 2023, Wande Coal released the 13-track album’s official tracklist on his social media channels. It was confirmed that superstars like T-Pain, Wizkid, and others will appear on the album. Though it hasn’t been confirmed, speculation suggests that the aforementioned excerpt comes from the forthcoming album.
Given that T-pain is the king of auto-tune and Wande Coal is the king of falsetto, and that the Afrobeats song was produced by Nigeria’s top producer Kel P, it is only fitting to anticipate that the two will soon create a big hit.
