Napoli’s final match will see Victor Osimhen named Serie A’s best striker for the 2022/23 season.
Announcement made on official Twitter of Italian top-flight league. Osimhen won Serie A best striker award, inspiring Napoli to its first title since 1989/1990, beating Lautaro Martinez and Rafael Leao.
Osimhen’s teammate, Kvaratskhelia, named Serie A Player of the Season on June 2. The Georgia player had a great season, contributing 12 goals and 10 assists in 33 games to help Napoli win their first Scudetto in 33 years.
22-year-old joins the campaign from Dinamo Batumi, following AC Milan’s Rafael Leao as last year’s winner.
