Pochettino, The manager of Chelsea, reveals who the team will sign next
Mauricio Pochettino, manager of Chelsea, has acknowledged that they are looking to add a new midfielder.
Mateo Kovacic has been permitted by the Blues to sign with Manchester City, while N’Golo Kante left on a free transfer to join Al-Ittihad.
Mason Mount has also agreed to a £60 million contract with Manchester United.
Due to these departures, Pochettino is lacking in the middle of the field and the former PSG manager wants to bolster.
“Yes I think we need [a player] there [in midfield], for sure,” Pochettino said.
“But I think it is clear. Everyone knows that we need to add some players there.”
Chelsea are being strongly linked with Brighton’s Moises Caicedo.
