The following 14 nations have qualified for AFCON 2023
The 2023 Africa Cup of Nations will feature at least 14 qualified nations.
This comes after Matchday 5 qualifying matches were finished up this past weekend.
Guinea-Bissau and Nigeria have reserved their spots in Group A. Mali and the Cape Verde Islands are separated by Group B and Group G, respectively.
The finals, will begin in January 2024, also feature hosts Ivory Coast, reigning champion Senegal, holders Algeria, Burkina Faso, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Morocco, South Africa, Tunisia, and Zambia.
The top two teams from each of the 12 qualifying groups, or a total of 24 countries, will advance to the tournament.
The fifth round of qualifications requires three more games, all of which will be played on Tuesday.
