According to FCT Minister Wike, “Buildings Will Go Down”
Nyesom Wike, the recently sworn-in Federal Capital Territory FCT minister, took office on Monday and promised to revive the city’s master plan.
At his first news conference, he declared that land allotees who received Certificates of Occupancy but did not develop their lots would likewise lose them to make room for those who were prepared to construct.
“It will go down if you know you have built where you are not supposed to build,” he remarked.
