Marcus Rashford Identifies The Most Challenging Defender He Has Ever Faced
Marcus Rashford, a forward for Manchester United, has identified the most challenging foe he has faced thus far in his career.
Rashford scored 30 goals for the Red Devils last year, which helped the team return to the Champions League. It was his finest goalscoring season with the team.
But he has acknowledged that facing Kyle Walker, the fullback for Man City, is his hardest problem.
When asked about his most challenging opponent by Gary Neville on The Overlap’s “Quickfire Questions” segment, Rashford replied:
“I would probably say Kyle Walker. His physical capabilities are just unbelievable so it’s always a tough day.
“You have to try and catch him off-guard or in the wrong position, but even then he can recover. I just try and drift into places where he can’t drift and he has to pass me on.”
