Pogba, A former star for Manchester United, Talks About His Injury Problems (READ WHAT HE SAID)
Paul Pogba, a midfielder for Juventus who returned to the Serie A powerhouses last summer, has talked openly about his challenges there, saying they helped him develop.
Pogba joined Juventus last summer after leaving Manchester United.
But due to recurrent injuries, the France international played little at all for the Old Lady.
The 30-year-old made only ten appearances during the 2022-2023 season, providing one assist.
Speaking about his recent struggles at Juventus, Pogba insisted that it has made him age ten years in the space of seven months.
“It’s made me grow a lot. These last few months have made me grow a lot, they’ve made me understand a lot of things about life,” Pogba said (via Get French Football News).
“I have aged ten years in the space of seven months [laughs]! And as I have said, that can only be good for me because I’m looking at things positively.
“I’m a believer, so I see these things as stages and tests. They are tests that have helped me grow, where I’ve matured and learnt a lot of things in life. I have learnt what the important things are. So I’ve been taking it positively, and that has been a boost for me. Honestly, now, it’s all behind me. It’s really shaped me.”
