Premier League leaders Arsenal rallied to tie a thrilling match at home against struggling Southampton by scoring two goals in stoppage time.

For the Gunners, it was their third straight tie as they struggle to win the crown.

Carlos Alcaraz’s goal for Saints gave them the lead after only 28 seconds thanks to a blunder by Aaron Ramsdale.

The second quickest Premier League goal this season, scored by Bournemouth’s Philip Billing after 9.11 seconds, was also given up by Arsenal at home.

Against his old team, Theo Walcott increased Southampton’s lead, but league leaders Gabriel Martinelli got one back.
