After Witnessing Them Having Sex, The Police Officer Murders Both His Wife And Her Alleged Lover (Photo)

Mr. Mmutle, a police officer, killed his wife and her claimed 30-year-old lover.

According to reports, the warrant officer shot and killed his wife and the putative lover after discovering them having sex in her friend’s apartment.

Speaking on behalf of the Independent Police Investigation Directorate, Lizzy Suping stated that the incident occurred on March 14, 2023, at iKageleng in Zeerust, North West province.

Suping said that the Zeerust-based Nietverdiend SAPS warrant officer turned himself in to police on Wednesday.

Brigadier Sabata Mokgwabone, a spokesman for the police, said the off-duty officer went to a home in Sandvlakte where he reportedly opened fire with numerous shots, instantaneously killing a 30-year-old man and his wife who was working at the Kopfontein Port of Entry.

“Subsequent to the incident, the suspect handed himself to the police and the firearm that was allegedly used during the commission of the crime was confiscated. The motive for the crime is unknown and investigations are under way,” he said.

Lieutenant Sello Kwena, the provincial police commissioner, denounced the event and urged workers to use the Employee Health and Wellbeing (EHW) program and specialists instead of using violence.
