Nigerian artist Davido will take the stage during the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup’s closing ceremony.
During the closing ceremony on Sunday, Davido will reportedly play the Qatar World Cup song “Hayya Hayya (Happy Together)” with Trinidadian artist Cardona and Qatari singer Aisha.
You may recall that David Ifeanyi Adeleke Jr., the first son and third child of Davido, passed away on October 31, 2022, according to Peoples Gazette.
He had just turned three. In the celebrity’s Banana Island home, Ifeanyi perished in the private pool. Police questioned members of Davido’s domestic staff.
After one domestic worker initially went to the police station to report Ifeanyi’s drowning accident, a total of eight domestic workers were invited to the station for questioning.
Six people were later released by the police after investigations since they were not proven to be responsible, while two others remained in custody.
I’m relieved that he’s recovered and prepared to perform once more.
