Atiku praises Obi at age 62: “Your Growth, Dedication Inspires Me”
Peter Obi, the candidate for the Labour Party (LP) in the 2023 presidential election, is an inspiration to Atiku Abubakar, the PDP’s nominee.
The former Vice President said the former Anambra State Governor’s commitment to service and development throughout the years is the motivation while congratulating Obi on his 62nd birthday.
He tweeted: “Happy 62nd birthday to @PeterObi, a recognized leader and outstanding former governor of Anambra state and presidential candidate of the Labour Party. Obi is a prominent and respected leader. You continue to inspire me with your commitment to growth and service.
“As you add another year today, I, on behalf of my family and team wish you many more years in good health and vitality. -AA”
We reports that Obi, who was a member of PDP, defected to LP prior to the 2023 presidential election.
Prior to his defection, Obi was tipped to emerge as Atiku’s running mate in the February 25 presidential election.
