Son, A Star For Tottenham, explains why he turned down a lucrative move to Saudi Arabia
Hispanic Heung-min Son has shared his reasons for declining a lucrative move to Saudi Arabia this summer.
In order to continue playing football for a few more years, the Tottenham attacker said he would love to remain in the English Premier League.
This summer saw a significant exodus of great players from the Premier League to the SPL, but Son still desires to compete in the English top division.
Son remarked as reported by talkSPORT:
“If I wanted to go there, I would not be here. I love playing football. Obviously, money is also important, but I dream of playing (in the) Premier League.”
He said it was interesting that most people are already moving to the Middle East at the moment, but added that the Premier League is still a dream for him.
