Victor Osimhen, I Want To Be Like Drogba

The Didier Drogba of Chelsea is the player that Napoli striker Victor Osimhen aspires to be like.

Osimhen declared that Didier Drogba is his football hero and added that as a youngster, he enjoyed watching the Ivorian legend play.

The Nigerian international was interviewed by Sport1 and stated,

“Didier Drogba is my idol.

“I loved watching him play as a kid. I always wanted to be like him.

He added:

“We want to give the title to Napoli fans. The passion for football here is simply something you can’t describe”.

Osimhem has been impressive for Napoli so far this season.

The 24-year-old has four goals in the Champions League after scoring a brace against Eintracht Frankfurt on Wednesday. He is presently the leading scorer in Serie A.
